VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION CONSULTING
Concept design, traffic simulation and traffic analysis
Detail design: develop a schedule of critical demensions and floor service of the various lifts
Construction documentation: Prepare technical VT specifications where possible based on generic and performance-based conditions to guarantee competitive bids with fewer specification deviations.
Shopdrawing and submittal review: Verify installation methods, risk assessments, Testing and Comissioning (T&C) plans and resource plans, quality and safety plans, etc. Ensure compliance to latest codes, and endorsement/ approval from Engineer of Record (EOR) where needed.
